Harvey Spack Field contacted Urban Inprint to produce a brochure advertising a new retail park they were looking to develop in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. We collaborated with our sister company Urban Edge and a CGI team to create architectural plans and perspective images for the park. Once those were complete, we enhanced the drawings by adding colour, textures and three-dimensional details to give the plans more life. We also developed a simple logo for the park, inspired by the nearby Chesterton Windmill, which was used as a recurring motif in the development brochure.
