Greenside View, Gerrards Cross
Greenside View is a luxury housing development consisting of one and two bedroom apartments. We were approached by Canon House Properties to design hoarding panels to promote the property during construction. The project encompassed the development of a brand for the apartment complex and its application to promotional materials. We used an elegant typeface to express the high-end finish of the apartments. The flourish of the g was modified to resemble a leaf and the vibrant green reflects the character of the local area. We also worked on other miscellaneous items for the development, such as window stickers and apartment leasing packs.
